Snack Bar- Snack Bar Schedule will be posted under the left side bar menu of the home page. Each team is required to fulfill their scheduled snack bar duties. If your team misses their scheduled snack bar day, the team manager will be penalized.

Accident Claim Forms- Click Here to download the Accident Claim Form. Managers please keep copies of this form in your managers' binder during all games. Extra forms are also available in the Snack Bar.

Coaching Staff & Parent Volunteers - Please send the names and contact information of your coaching staff and any parent volunteers (team parent & scorekeepers) to riolindalittleague@gmail.com ASAP. Each of these parents must have volunteer application on file with RLLL. No parent is allowed to help without this form.

Game Day Procedures:

  1.  The “home team” Manager and/or Coaches are responsible for marking and preparing the field before each game.
  2. The "home team will keep the Official Scorebook. The home team must have their scorebook signed by the umpire. The home team must complete the Game Summary Form and have the form signed by the umpire and opposing team score keeper. The Game Summary Form will be turned at the snack bar after each game. Required For Farm (when a player pitcher is used) and higher divisions
  3. The visiting team will keep the Official Pitch Count for both Home and Away teams. The Pitch Count form will be turned it at the Snack bar after each game. Required For Farm (when a player pitcher is used) and higher divisions.
  4. Both the “home team” and the “visiting team” are responsible for completing their “Baseball Pitcher Eligibility Tracking” form after each game. This form must be signed by the opposing team’s manager and the umpire. This form is kept with the team to be available upon request. Required For Farm (when a player pitcher is used) and higher divisions.
  5. The “visiting team” Managers and/or Coaches are responsible for raking the Pitcher’s mound, home plate and field after each game. The visiting team will place bases back in the connex after each game. 
  6. The manager of each team is responsible for ensuring that ALL trash is removed from their dugout after each game.
  7. In an effort to keep our park nice and clean, each team will be responsible for trash pickup after their game. This includes the Major Divisions as well. Each team will have an area of responsibility as follows:
    •  Major:  Between Major and Minor Field extending to the bullpen.  The Home Manager is responsible for maintaining from behind their dugout to the bullpen area.
    • Minor:  Both mangers are responsible for ensuring the area between Right Field and the Parking Lot are free of debris
    • Farm: The home manager is responsible for maintaining the area directly behind their dugout extending to the foul pole as well as the scorekeeper box.  The visiting team is responsible for maintaining the area behind their dugout extending to the Tball field.
    • TBall: Home team will be responsible for maintaining the area between the Tball field and the Farm field as well as behind their dugout.  The visiting team is responsible for maintaining the area between the Tball field and the Major field.
